The 10-member group recently appeared on morning shows Good Morning America last April 18 and Good Day New York last April 23. NCT127 first appeared on U.S. National Television last October 8, 2018 on Jimmy Kimmel Live!
Members Johnny and Mark are from Chicago, USA and Vancouver, Canada respectively, and, according to Johnny in an interview with Billboard, he is “actually very nervous” about performing in their hometowns. When asked about the American media recognition, Mark commented, “I think it’s in a way a blessing to be in this day and age where K-pop is getting more recognition in America and globally. I feel like to be part of that movement is itself an honor.”
The group is currently on a world tour, the 2019 Neo City: The Origin, which consists of shows in cities across the U.S., Canada and Mexico.
